Stan has concentrated his law practice in the field of Assisted Reproduction Law and Adoption. Since 1992, Stan has helped create hundreds of families through adoption, surrogacy and egg donation. Stan has represented birth parents, adoptive parents, adoption agencies, intended parents, surrogates, egg donors and sperm donors.
Stan is admitted to the Florida and New York Bar. He is a graduate of the University of Connecticut School of Business and the University of Miami School of Law. Stan is a proud parent of two adult children. Stan’s personal experience with infertility and adoption has created a passion and desire for assisting others in creating families.
Stan is a fellow of the American Academy of Assisted Reproductive Technology Attorneys (AAARTA), a member of American Society of Reproductive Medicine, an original member of the Florida Adoption Council, a member of the Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) Committee of the Family Law Section of the ABA.

Amy H. Eichman, Esq.
Since 2006, Amy has concentrated her law pratice in the field of family law, inlcuding termination of parental rights, step parent adoption and second parent adoption. Amy has experience representing adoption agencies. Amy received her Bachelor of Science in decision information systems from the University of Florida, with high honors. She went on to receive her Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Florida College of Law. Prior to concentrating on family law, Amy had experience with insurance defense law, including investigation of fraudulant claims, personal injury protection and uninsured/underinsured motor vehicle claims.
Amy was also recognized as a Florida Rising Star for family law in the 2009 and 2010 Florida Super Lawyers magazine.
Amy and her husband are proud parents of a beautiful two year daughter. Amy has experienced the joy of parenthood and is anxious to assist others in experiencing the same joy.
